    Windya's Place

Snuggled in the middle of Main Street Shops in Heber is a little Asian fusion restaurant owned and operated by Windya Musidi. Originally from Indonesia, Windya earned her degree in food service there before immigrating here and working at various restaurants in Park City. All the while, saving money to start her own restaurant. Windya’s Place is the fruit of this industrious woman's labors. She even painted the walls and laid the wood flooring!

The menu is an amalgamation of Indonesian, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese food that you won't find anywhere else in the valley. A local favorite is her pho soup: thinly sliced beef, meatballs, and rice noodles in a tasty broth.

For dim sum fans that don't want to make the trek to Salt Lake, grab a booth at Windya's on Sunday from 2-8 pm, and enjoy a boba tea and some pork buns, cheese wontons, and seafood dumplings.

With its flavorful menu, reasonable prices, and fast and friendly service, Windya's Place is an excellent alternative to the chain restaurants that pepper the valley. Open every day except Monday, stop in and enjoy some delicious food, and support one of the few women-owned restaurants in the Heber Valley.
